How Do I Find My NCAA Eligibility ID/Claim ID and Pin?

Go to NCAA Eligibility Center
At the top of the page, click the link "Need to locate your NCAA ID? Click here."
If you don't remember your password or no longer have access to the email address you registered with, call customer service at 877-262-1492 for assistance, or complete and return the Email Change Form.
Note: You must provide a legible copy of your official government or school issued photo ID for all requested changes. Once your email address has been updated (usually within two business days), you will be notified and can then click on "Forgot your password?" (located at the top of eligibilitycenter.org) to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Claim ID and Pin

Dear Verita Team,
My name is [Name], I played at [Name of University Attended} from [Start Year] to [End Year]. I am looking for my Claim ID and PIN. Could you kindly help me retrieve these?
